Hello Oner,

At BRT we develope custom post-processors for any type of machine and controller configuration.

If you are interested in working witrh a 3rd party custom post
developement team, we would be glad to see how we can help you out and
quote you on the cost of such a post.

Give me a call or drop me a line if you are interested.

Emilio, you should familiarize yourself with the "sticky" posts on this forum BEFORE mods get you.

It sounds like you do have the know-how to help out with the original
problem so perhaps you should have done just that, instead of selling
your services in here.... just my .02

Oner, Asking for a post is a broad question and as such unlikely to be answered.

ProE comes with several default posts for 3Ax mills - you should try them out and pick one that give you the closest results.

Having that done, make a list of what's missing in the code and post that in here, someone should be able give you a hand.

Oner,

I assume that the error you're referring to is being generated by the machine while running the program?

What does it say (the error message)?

Line 85 looks innocent, however in line 86 you're trying to feed with
1500IPM (again, I assume that it's IPM) and that may be the problem if
the machine doesn't support such high feedrate. I know that Makinos are
FAST, but I'm not all that familiar with them. Another thing, in line
86 you're moving all three axes together (helical move) for some
machines that's an option, so check on that.

Try to be more specific and post all error messages etc.

Dear All,

Thanks for the advice, I have solved the problem by unselecting the Output ARCSLP blocks, under Circular Motion in Option file generator.

Now helical moves are generatingwith G01, and there is no more problem.

My best regards,

Oner
