Lightning Emails

Did they show any screenshots or actual use of a beta version during the webinar? I'm particularly interested in how the Direct & Pro modules interact with the same data set. i.e. Does the Direct mode understand and obey the "rules" put in by the Pro method and can it redefine those controls? Does the Pro method get any Direct capabilities like WF5 was starting to dabble with?

There were live demos and they swapped back and forth between Creo Elements/Pro and Creo Elements/direct. Unfortunately ,someone came and asked me a question right in the middle of it, so I didn't get the whole story.

The did show a parametric model opened in the Creo Elements/Direct. they made some cahnges,s aved and then reopened it in Creo Elements/Pro (anyone else find those names cumbersome?). The Direct edits showed up in green as changes and the option was given to accept or reject the changes made.

What I didn't catch was what the accepted changes turned into in the Pro module - ur, 'App'. Were they turned into features? How do they interact with the feature tree?

Is it just me or is planetPTC the most confusing, disjointed website ever? Have you ever found anything useful there?
yeah, it's a mixture of ProE,mathcad, and now all those tiny bits of creo (30 or so apps) so we'll have to cope with it!

dgs, read this page it has two videos which demos that: http://www.deelip.com/?p=4483
