Windows update problem?

A while back PTC had an advisory about a conflict with a windows update. Our machines were set up for automatic updates and we had to remove the update to correct the problems.


Is there a Wildfire2 software update that corrects the problem? Or can I just not download a certain update? Our IT dept wants to force us to automatically update our machines.


Any help??
