Window size

i have an odd quirk of solid works i was wondering if there was a fix for.

i have a dual screen setup and solidworks stretched across both. and when ever i open up a part it opens up in a window that stretches across both monitors (it is NOT maximized that option is turned off) which is kinda annoying.

So to get to the point is there any ways to dictate what size window a part should open up in?

I have the same problem and i am using SW 2008and still no answer. If somebody else knows how to solve this,please let us know.
