Windchill workspace access

I am the windchill admin. How do I access the workspace, client side or server side, of an employee no longer working here?

I suppose If "the guy" kept all his job on the hard disc side(No Upload, just save), You need his machine

if you have Site admin rights, reset his Windchill password, then log into his account.
