it should be in your ProE installation directory in vbapi/vbapidoc (this is what I have for build M080, in M040 it was pfcvb/pfcvbdoc I think).

Thanks for the reply. I am using M080 Wildfire 4.0 I looked both in the Installation directory (mine is C:\Programfiles\ProEwildfire4.0) and in the help directory (C:\Programfiles\ptchelpWildfire 4.0) and i could not find anything on VB API. I dound Jlink and Weblink but not VB API. What am i missing here?
