Using ProSelect() to select an entity

Hello All,


I want the user toselect an entity and get its handle, I am using ProSelect()API for this purpose. But, there is no valid "String identifier" for selecting the entity fior ex.feature, curve,edge etc.. , That can be used in ProSelect() API.





How can i ask the user to select an entity otherwise.

Which entity you want to select?You can find out all the string identifier for entities to select in Pro/Toolkit user guide under the "The Selection Object" chapter.


Hope this will solve your problem.

Maybe you need to decide whether to select it or not in the filter...
