User-program compiler

Can I use LCC-Win32 freeware compiler for

user-program?

I set this variables:

PRO_USRMAIN C:\programmi\ptc\proe2001\usrprog\umain

PRO_USRINCS C:\programmi\ptc\proe2001\includes

NT_COMPILER C:\programmi\lcc\bin\lcc.exe

LIB C:\programmi\lcc\lib

... but don't work. System return an error when I link a program (Errors in compilation and linking of the user program).
