Unbending inconsistancy - 2parts

I have two parts with different lengths that were made from the same cross-section(created using Save a copy). The part is rolled steel with a bent flange at one end. The problem is when I unbend the parts the height of their flat patterns differ by 3 inches. I have double-checked the cross-sections, initial walls for the unbend are the same and both parts have the same k-factor. Does anyone know what could be causing the difference?
