Unbend By Angle

I have a simple flat edge flange that I would like to unbend by a certain angle. I can successfully use regular unbend to totally unbend my flange from 90 degrees to flat. What I would like to do though, is unbend the flange partially, not all the way back to flat. Is this possible? Can I control the unbend amount by inputting an angle? Is there another way to achieve this?

I'm not sure about the unbending by a certain angle but could you not just create 2 configurations in a family table. Have the default configuration as 90 and then have another configuration with the other angle and then the flat as a 3rd.
