View, Display Settings, Model Display -- Shade tab --trasnparancy must be checked
then, a transparent color must be created and set:
View, Model Setup, Color and Apperance, Adda new color, (adjust the color to whatever you like in the Basic tab) the in the Advancedtab, you have a slider fon opaque to clear.
