This is because you do not have enough of the sequence defined to enter Customize (tool, parameters, etc). Once you have completed the prerequisites, Customize will be available.
I thought so first (like Peter), but I noticed that "Datum curve", "Height", "Direction", etc.
These are not for 5-axis trajectory seqs. They look like 2-axis trajectory options. Also, You should never be able to uncheck needed options. This is quite weird display. My guess is:
1- You have a bad hidden config set, which you should not have used. Hard to tell which. My advice is to try to run without any config.pro (just Vanilla Pro/E setup), and see if you have a differnt result. If it fixes it, then try to see which is the bad config by a process of elimination (or post you config.pro to get some advice)
2- You have some badly corrupted Pro/E installation. Just re-install.
