I'm a newer in mold design, and now I am having a big problem

When I import an igs file, I can not turn it to solid, so I can not make the mold!


Pls help me to turn it to solid and show me how to make this. Is there any tutorial with pratice on this topic? The following is my part:

I open youruploaded fileand its empty, try to make a zip file of the part and upload it again.
