toolkit license doubt

HIii,


My license shows the toolkit under floating license and there is no mention of it in any other place.I wantt to know wether i am having the toolkit functionality or not(my supprt engineer says that i am having toolkit).i am not able to install the toolkit.can anyone tell me how to do the same.
