you can try setting up 3d contact (WF5) between the thread surfaces in both surfaces, to simulate the movement (like power screws) but there should be a better way.
if it's only an animation and you know the relationship between the rotation and translation of the screw/bolt then you can use one servo motor for each of the parts.

Extrude a surface at the pitch diameter on both parts

Create an intersect between the helical thread surface and the pitch cylinder on each part.

On one part create a datum point along the intersect curve.

Create a slot connection between the point on one part and the intersect curve on the other part.

Now it should spin and translate like it would in real life.

I also think slot connection is the right (best probably) way.
