After doing some upgrading and even moving vaults I've learned the hard
way that the PTC scripts and updates don't do everything they're
supposed to.
If you're noticing latent responses from the server or poor
communications try checking the following files to ensure they have the
correct dataserver hostname or IP address:
<dataserver_loadpoint>\oracle\network\ADMIN\tnsnames .ora
<dataserver_loadpoint>\oracle\network\ADMIN\listener .ora
[intralink_client_loadpoint>\tnsnames.ora
This is based on version 3.3, so other versions may have slightly different paths.
