You will need to sweep the end loops. First create a trajectory by sketching the datum curves. I assume that you already have the helical sweep part of the spring done. So sketch the end loops on a plane that passes through the axis of the spring. Then connect the end loops to the main helical trajectory using another datum curve (maybe through points?). Next you can join the datum curves together into one large composite datum curve. Use this curve as the sweep trajectory.
