Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Whenever you go to export any file, as long as you are using the translators that came with UG, a windows will pop up with several options. Down at the bottom there is a "Specify Log File" setting. This will allow you to name and specify where the log files will be placed. Obviously your is defaulted to the desktop.
