Surface Sequence - How would you do this?

I always run into these problems... I'll try to explain the best I can:

I'm trying to machine the highlighted set of surfaces with a bull-mill cutter:

My goal is to get a nice and even passes along the part.

When it comes to Define Cut options, straight cuts (X-direction or by Edge) produce downright garbage in some random direction.

CutLine produces this:

Well, it's sort of correct, but very hard to control and it gouges the part slightly.

The From Surface Isolines option is the closest to my desired effect, but unfortunately it machines one surface at the time, thus creates toolmarks where the surfaces join...

Any agvice will be much appreciated, thanks!!

I would use an alternate surface, that way the tool path is projected on the cut surface in the orientation you want. I use alternate surface all the time for surface geom. such as that.

To answer some of the above comments:

- I tried different tolerances (.004, .001, .0001, .00001) with no avail.
- I'd like to avoid if possible re-creating geometry.
- most likely the problem lies with the part (import), but I'm not sure.

Here's the offending part, if someone wants to take a shot at it:

I made a quick straight cut and it looked fine, followed edges and such, is this what you are looking for?

Ooops, I didn't give you enough info, I do apologize... it's been looong days and coffee doesn't work anymore

The part is mounted on kind of an angle to the machine's XYZ - it matches the OP1_CSYS in the model attached. I'm trying to Define Cut off of part's edge... doesn't quite work for me. Or maybe I'm just trying too hard, haha

Here's the fileset, I hope this will provide enough info:

If you change your type to "relative to X" and your cut angle to 80.8102 does that give you what you want?

Yes it does, thank you very much. Would you happen to know why By Edge or By Surface does not work? Is that a bug?

Thanks!!
