surface blend

plz explain how to create a section-to-surface blend

create a revolved protrusion say a sphere.now create a datum plane offset to any of the principal plane.now go to insert<advanced<blend section to surfaces .pick the revolved surface.then pick the offset datum plane as the sketching pane and sketch a closed section eg:a rectangle.then see the preview.
