I have been attempting to get the student version of Wildfire 2.0 up and running on a laptop (core 2 duo processor & Vista operating sys.). The program loads O.K. and appears to start-up fine. I have a couple of issues: 1) When I sketch an extrusion, a dimension is attached to the sketch and is grayed out - having difficutly w/ editing this... 2) After sketch is completed and the part is formed, I may want to change a dimension, as I select the dimension to edit, it disappears! 3) When attempting to place a hole in a solid, grip boxes appear for reference placement, but the cursor will not grab the grips so that they can be attached to a ref. plane.???
I have tried compatibility settings for the software (Windows 2000). Any other suggestions?
