Strange spring - a modelling challange

Look on the picture below. Does anybody have an idea how to do such a spring? I know that a tool such a Helical Sweep exist)) no. of total coils 3.75, no. of active coils 2

You can do the active coils as a helical sweep but you will need some other kind of sweep to do the end coils.
