splitting the BOM over 4 or more sheets

Okay, here goes...

I have an existing assembly, all numbered according to company standards:

1-10 sub assemblies

11-59 details

60-69 orings

70-80 hardware

90+ purchased parts

Now to streamline the assembly procedure, the company

would like to have the sections that are on the drawing

to be moved to different sheets (Sheet 1 is the start of

the asembly procedure). The item balloons are to remain the

same; the BOM on EACH sheet is to show only those parts

which are only used on that particular sheet

(e.g. only items 1-4, 11,13,16, and 60 are on sheet 1)

If I use pagination I automatically get the first sheet with the BOM showing only those parts that are SEEN in sheet 1.

However, when I go to sheet two, the sections are okay, the balloons are okay, but the BOM does not show ALL the parts needed for sheet 2 (because each sheet shows x number of lines in the BOM).

POINT TWO: Item 5, for instance isn't seen until sheet 4, but it keeps showing up in the BOM on sheet 2.

QUESTION:

Is there a way to...

1) split the BOM in different places so as the split bom regions can be placed in the correct(respective) sheet?

2) Once split properly, any future changes to parts (adding/deleting) will automatically go the respective spot on the drawing (BOM)

CRITERIA: I CANNOT RE-NUMBER THE PARTS! THAT WOULD CAUSE A MAJOR HEADACHE IN DATABASE BOOKKEEPING

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
