SmarTeam Opinions Wanted

I would like to know what the pros and cons of a SmarTeam implementation for Catia V5 R16 would be from real world user/admin people. I have ALL the marketing material that I can handle from the various VARS on how wonderful SmarTeam and their services would be for our company.
