slot center lines

I have created slots in a sheetmetal part. I then added a centerline (axis point) to the center of the slots.

When I get to the drawing phase, the formed view shows the center line correctly but the flat state shows the center line in correctly. (see attached pdf)

How can I make the center lines show up correctly in the flat state?

It may be due to referencing in sketching phase. You can use the edges of the part as reference, otherwise in flat state it can cause errors.
Hope it helps.

in 3d mode create spline from the vertex ofthe topradius to the opposite vertex of the bottom radius. Then put a point on the middle of the spline. You can then add a radius to that point and it should stay correct when you flatten.
