sketchs not flattening

I am using sheetmetal module to help design a flexible circuit. It is working well, however, I traced the component locations onto the sheetmetal part and the sketches do not follow the flattening of the part! The sketches reference a part in an assembly. Any ideas? Thx,

You can try to project component contours onto sheet metal using "follow" project option.
