Hello Folks,
I am into Die Casting Design. Its always neccessary that the designed parts contain maximum possible draft & maximum possible radius on all surfaces. Therefore my casting model becomes very heavy & loaded with lot of fillted features. this makes editing/modifying the part very time consuming sometimes. Going thru the help files I feel that there should exist some methods wherein I can keep the radius as it is & modify the required dimensions by placing the radius features in the simplified representation . I exactly want to know how simlified reprentations can reduce my regen time.
I would be glad if anybody can ellaboratly explain me ..
