Simple tolerance problem-greyed out options

What needs to be added to the config.pro file to open the use of tolerances in drawings? The drop down box is currently greyed out.
 
Hi set config option as tol_display to yes and check Yes for Draw Setup file option Tol_display Yes. Default is No.
