Showing hidden lines correctly

How do I get a hidden that shows solid to be correctly displayed.

Found a solution. Pro/E is soooooo ugggh!

Autocad has the lts command LTS to change line scale; pro/e has two commands


plot_linestyle_scale


and


use_software_linefonts

Hover cursor over view:


Right-click (fast, not slow)


Properties


View Display


Display Style


No Hidden


Tangent Egdes Display Style


Dimmed


Apply


Close


Save the drawing (very important!)


Incidentally, this must be done for each view on the drawing.


Way too much work for what should be the default. Clickiest software in the world.
