The Show dialog works differently than it did previously and those options are not present. Dimensions that were never shown or deleted will be listed in the Show dialog box. Erased dimensions need to be selected from the drawing tree under the appropriate view to unerase them. You can switch a dimension to an ordinate dimension by selecting it in the graphics window or under the appropriate view in the drawing tree.
