sheet metal unbend problem

Dear all,
can anyone tell why this sheet metal part is not unbending?


and is it possible to create corner relief at meter flange corner particularly at where

Ravi,


Pro won't unbend area that are curved in 2 directions. The corners have to be removed with a rip feature first.
