sheet metal dimensions not looking right

i have made a part and converted it into a sheetmetal part.



but when i make it a flat work peice and try to dimension it. The values seem wrong

i mean shouldnt the 529.76 be equal to 490.37 ?

the reason i want a sheet metal version is so someone can make the shape for me
 
Look closely at where the rip is, it may be to one side of the bend and the developed length is adding to it. Also look closely to what the dim is describing. Display the lines for the bend.
