Sheet metal cut from scanned image?

I'ma newbie here, so forgive me if this has been asked before.


I have a company logo that I'd like to cut into sheet metal. I can scan this, but is it possible to import a picture and sketch over it? I don't have a digitizer, and other than tracing this to graph paper and using points, I don't know how to go about this.
