Setting to keep drawing form updating

Anyone know of a settings that keep the drawing from updating automatically? Every time I go from an assembly to the drawing it gives me the red stop light, it does'nt matter whether or not I have made any changes to the assembly or parts. I get the red stop light in the lower right hand corner. When I am working on really big files this eats up a lot of time.

Set this config.pro option


auto_regen_views no


When working with big files try to use SimpReps as much as possible. Also, 64-bit technology and a lot of RAM is recommended. Also try the following config.pro options:


auto_regen_views no
force_wireframe_in_drawings yes
create_drawing_dims_only yes
save_display yes
display_silhouette_edges no
display_in_adding_view minimal_wireframe
retain_display_memory yes
tangent_edge_display no
