Section entity co-ordinates replacement

Right now i am trying
to find an API/API's using which i can traverse the co-
ordinate points of a Section and then to change them.

I found that in UI Edit>Replace command does the same
thing but it happens for each entity in a section
seperately.

I found that ProSectionEntityReplace() is the
corresponding Toolkit API for this command. However i was
not able to find any API for Traversing the co-ordinate
points of the section entity and then to change the co-
ordinate points of the section entities.

Please help me in this aspect, API pointers or other
method to achieve this would be very helpful.
