I'm programming the following slot:

Straightforward enough; I've done this plenty of times before using a window and roughing. Except, when I backplot the toolpath, I see that the cutter enters the uncut material when it encounters the two rounded inside corners:

The part is not gouged (the cutter does not cut outside of the slot), but the extra load on the cutter during plunging has me worried. The work around on this part is easy, but on a more complex part, such as a mold cavity, I probably won't detect the the error until the cutter breaks.
Has enyone else encountered this before?
