Rotating a part by a certain amount only

Hi All


I would like to know how I go about contraining a part so that it can only rotate around an axis by a given a given degree.


its quite a simple ring that fits over a cylindrical body, which will only be able to be turned bycertain amount before it stops.


I'm using WF 2.0 SE.
