Reordering parts in an assy?

SW has a cool button in the Bom dialog (follow assembly order) which makes your bom's more organized and readable. The trouble is, it's very cumbersome to reorder parts in the assy; they easily "fall" into an assembly when I try to drag and drop them. Is there a way to prevent this from happening (like holding down a key while drag and drop)?

Similarly, there must be a keyed-drag and drop for reordering views in a drawing. This would be useful for times when you need to promote a view to the first view (so the titleblock properties come from this new view)

For the assembly reordering, if you hold down the ALT key before clicking, the reordered part will not fall into the other assemblies.
