Remote Intralink site setup

Hi

I am setting up a remote Intralink (V4.0 2000270) workstation on the east coast to connect to a license sever on the west coast over the internet. When I installed Intralink I was able to see the server and license files but when I try to log in I get an error sever/host not running.



Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?????

The sever is on and the local user have no problem accessing. I have been told by PTC support that it may be an Oracle USE_SHARE_SOCKET issue but they do not support remote applications and they won't help me.



Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
