References renamed model "BLOCK_01"

Hello,

I have a simple assy with 7 parts.
I want to save the Assy Block_01, to Block_02 with all
the same part.
Some of the parts are generic with 3 instances.
And then I would replace the generic parts by the
instances in the new Assy "Block_02".

But when I want to save the Assy to Block_02, it doesn't
work. And the message beside 3 of the 7 parts is:
References renamed model "BLOCK_01"

What to do???

Can someone tell me how to solve this.

PS: Its not a sub level assy or anything, just a normal
assy.

You will probably find that some of the other parts reference the assembly, which causes this conflict.

The way around this is to open the assembly drawing (if necessary), open the assembly and do a File -> Rename -> In Session on the assembly, then do the same for the drawing. Finally, save the drawing.

The best way to find the conflict is to make a note of the parts that reference BLOCK_01, and check each feature to determine whether it references BLOCK_01.

I don't know of a faster way, but maybe someone else will.
