ProSectionAutoDim()

Dear All,

ProSectionAutoDim() puts unnecessary constrains which makes
inclined line horizontal or vertical. In Toolkit release
4.0 ProSectionSolve() has a bug. Hence i am forced to use
ProSectionAutoDim() to solve a section. I dont want to use
ProSectionAutoDim() please let me know any other relevent
API to Solve a Section.
