For these things you can use Pro/E's help. You will find out that PTC's documentation on Relations and Pro/Program is not bad at all.

There is a book that you can purchase on pro-programming. I'm not sure what the name of it is but if you do a search in yahoo on pro-programming in yahoo you should come up with the book name. I think its about a $65.00 book. Otherwise Pro-program is all about trial and error. It took me atleast 5 good years of 40hrs a week to learn pro-program efficiently.
