Program error message when running ldbcomact in 3.3

I just tried to run (for the first time) the ldbcompact.bat file from the comand prompt as the documentation tells me to and I recieved a Windows message saying that the .exe has generated errors and that I'd need to restart the program.



Has anybody else seen this, I can't seem to get it to work.

Be sure your client is not running. But you probably already thought of that. That's about all I know... :-(

I found (and it was sent to me by PTC support guys) the answer. It will be fixed on a later maintenance.
