Pro/Toolkit api to create the ASM file

I need to created the assembly structure using pro/toolkit. I am not able to locate the API to create the assembly using the start parts. I found the ProAsmcompCreateCopy() api which will add to the componenet to existing assembly. But i need to create the Top level ASM too. Please some one locate me to the right API.

Thank you TL andforstudy3. Yes, I am able to create the asm with ProSolidCreate(). and also ProAsmSkeletonCreate()
