I'm getting the hang of Pro/Program. Is there a way, at the end of the program to have Pro E delete all the features that have been suppressed automatically?
After waiting this long, you can assume the answer is no. Pro/PROGRAM can suppress or resume features, but it can't delete them.
J-Link can delete features/components out of the model. J-Link was written to be an extension of Pro/PROGRAM. So it isn't an issue integrating the two.
FYI:
PTC does the same thing with it's Windchill DynamicDesignLink (DDL). After the model is configured and a customer accepts the design, DDL strips out the logic and removes any suppressed features/components.
