Pro/Intralink ver 9.1 checkin problems

We just installed Pro/Intralink ver 9.1 I have created some new parts and drawings. I am able to upload the files. When I attempt to check them in I get the following error message in the Event manager window " Operationfailedbecausetheuserd idnothavethenecessarypermissio n
onthefollowingobjectstoperform theoperationrawing-b61 1941.drw,1.1"

Any Ideas?

Your system administrator should have applied policy rules for the context that you are trying to check into. Ask him to check that you have the rights to check into that context and folder for the lifecycle state that the parts are in.
Also is your username a member of the correct group for that context?
Are you in any other groups that may be excluded from checking in to that context?
Are you a member of the team for that context?
