Pro-E Equivalent to Replace Dimension

Dear All,

I want to know if there is any Pro/Toolkit (WF4 or WF5) API
similar to Replace Dimension in UI form of Pro-E. I am
working with Pro-E sections most of the time.

Please let me know about it.
