Just had a demo at a RUG meeting here in Houston. It's a different flavor of CDRS. Basicly surfacing by free hand sketching with a stylis, then fine tuning the sketch with drag handles, filling in the sketch with airbrush tools, then finaly projecting sketches and projecting multiple 2D sketches of 2D curves to get 3D surfaces.
