Posting tor older milling machines

Hi,


I have a machining process that has 3 part operations. When we ran it through the post processor, the resulting file is too large forthe teensy memory (some 110kb) of an older 5-axis machine. Is there a good,easy way to break it into smallerparts without actually breaking anything? I'm thinking of breaking it up into separate processes at each tool change, but that seems like a lot of work. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi!
I think you can breaking two or three tools for 1 time.

If all your file is 500kb, you can make 5 files, one file is 100kbs

I have a post processor that can divide your code into
subroutines. We've done similar works for tombstone
processes where the code had to be repeated and transformed
each time. Through this I could work on dividing your code.
