I do not know why it takes so long. I have a post for the TNC-430 which has to convert all of the canned cycles to the "G200" formats with all of the "Q200" variables and it doesn't take much longer than a normal post.

What does you PPRINT commands look like? The TNC-430 has the PPRINT lines starting with a ";" with no line numbers

Sure, send it to me and I will look at it. What I meant above was what is the PPRINT supposed to look like?

Hi

Go to the NC Post Processor and follow the path,

Application>NC Post Processro>Advanced>Commen>INTCOM>

Enter the value 484 you will see the default value for this variable is 72

Set this value as 71 and enjoy.

If still there exist any problem you are free to ask any question.

I have looked at your post processor, and the reason it takes so long to generate the code is because you are reading every line and then converting the code into "conversational" programming. If you want to speed this up, you will probably have to generate standard ISO code, (regular G & M codes). On the TNC-430, all we had to do was add the ".h" extension to the filename.

Your PPRINTS were not being output because they were not turned on in your "OPT" file. Also, the FIL macro that you had for PPRINT wasn't outputting them to the tape.

Thanks dear
It works very well. Thank you very much
i was not able to find out these things

DIBZ,

You need to change the "Dear" part in your thread. In english this is how you address your wife or close family member?

Hi mr cncwhiz,
